Terms of Service

LYMBQ Academy provides educational experiences, progress tracking, and related tools for students, parents/guardians, and educators. Features may change as we ship curriculum and school tools. Some modules (including wearable or media features) may be limited by feature flags, school policy, or consent requirements.

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• Students under 13 need a parent/guardian email and parental consent before full access.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising linked learners as applicable.
• Faculty/staff must use the platform consistent with their school or organization’s policies.
• Keep credentials confidential and tell us of unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Harass others, upload unlawful content, or misuse recording features.
• Capture or share media of others without required consents and school approvals.
• Attempt to bypass safety, consent, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer or disrupt the service except as allowed by law.

Learners retain rights in their original work to the extent permitted by law and school policy. You grant us a limited license to host and display that work inside the platform to operate the service (progress, teacher review, family viewing when enabled). Public portfolio publishing stays off unless explicitly enabled and approved.

Institutional use may require a separate agreement covering student data, roles, and billing. If terms conflict, the signed school/district agreement controls for that deployment.

The service may rely on providers (for example authentication, hosting, or narration audio). Their use is described in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from curriculum content.

The platform is provided “as is” for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, career placement, or uninterrupted availability. Curriculum that discusses assistive or wearable technology is educational and not medical advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LYMBQ Academy (operated by Archatech Labs) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only to the extent allowed.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create safety/privacy risk. Deletion requests: privacy@lymbq.academy.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, except where school agreements require different notice.
